Website operation and technical information

Google Analytics and your choice
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic, pages visited, referral sources, general device information, and interactions such as scrolling, outbound-link clicks, file downloads, and engagement with supported embedded videos. Google Analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” If you decline, the website continues to work without Google Analytics.
We store your analytics choice in this browser for up to six months. When you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. Our website limits those cookies to six months and configures advertising signals and ad personalization as disabled. We do not send names, email-message content, or patient records to Google Analytics.
You can change your choice using . Declining after previously allowing analytics stops future Google Analytics collection and removes the Analytics cookies accessible to this website. It does not erase information already collected by Google.

Videos and external websites
Embedded YouTube and Vimeo players load only when you choose to play a video. At that point, your browser connects to the video provider, which may receive technical and viewing information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. YouTube embeds use its privacy-enhanced domain; this does not make viewing anonymous.

Service providers and disclosure
ICDSoft hosts our website and company email. It processes website and email information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to address security incidents. Research data sharing is governed separately by the relevant agreements and consent requirements.
Retention and security
We keep routine business inquiry emails until we choose to delete them, with no fixed automatic deletion schedule. ICDSoft’s standard system backups for our shared-hosting plan cover the preceding seven days; those backups may include messages deleted from the active mailbox. See ICDSoft’s backup information. Google Analytics retention is configured separately from the browser cookie lifetime. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without emailing us, allowing analytics, or loading a video. Browser settings can help manage cookies used by external services. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact info@eastrockdx.com. We will review requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity and consider any obligations to retain the information.
