- We are a pre-seed CNS Diagnostics Startup specializing in high-precision medicine
- We are launching a multi product platform technology in partnership with Yale University and Yale Ventures in the CNS space.
- Medical Need: we have a lead candidate in Progressive MS that is essential for emerging approvals in progressive MS, and critical for insurance, and HCP decision making.
- Our plan: develop our lead candidate “AstroScope” Diagnostics for Progressive Multiple Sclerosis as a marketed insurance covered product. We seek to develop and market all other platform-related discoveries up to the date of license transfer.
- Short- & medium-term: provide a research-use-only (RUO) tool for pharma services, including fee-for-service, R&D and clinical trial design and analysis.
- Strategy: We plan to implement non-dilutive capital before evaluating VC investment or M&A.
- Funding-first: sponsored research / fee-for-service with pharma + non-dilutive grants (SBIR/STTR).
- Product Development: transfer methods, establish assay transfer, analytical robustness, and blinded multicenter data sufficient to support license exercise.
- CLIA-first; FDA/CMS considered later based on data and financing (no short timeline obligation).
